This is a simple but very effective spread for choosing between different options, even if there are more than two option to choose from. I would suggest using more than one tarot deck for this kind of a spread, especially if you are dealing with three or more options. In general I feel that using two or more decks at a time is a very beneficial practice as two or more different areas of focus can have the same archetypal patterning associated to them.

Cards 3 & 4: A negative for the choice.
Cards 5 & 6: A positive for the choice.
Cards 7 & 8: Underlying motives for following said choice.
Cards 9 & 10: Final Outcome of each choice.
